The invention relates to a method for the production of composite fibres with an increased content of colloidal particles, made from a pre-fibre, comprising a polymeric binder and colloidal particles, during which the chemical structure of said polymeric binder is degraded at a temperature of the order of ambient temperature such as to at least partially eliminate the above. The invention further relates to a fibre comprising a polymeric binder and colloidal particles, combining an excellent mechanical strength and a content of colloidal particles greater than 70 % by mass.
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'obtention de fibres composites à teneur accrue en particules colloïdales à partir d'une pré-fibre comprenant un liant polymérique et des particules colloïdales, au cours duquel on dégrade dans des conditions de températures de l'ordre de la température ambiante la structure chimique dudit liant polymérique de manière à l'éliminer au moins partiellement. La présente invention concerne également une fibre comprenant un liant polymérique et des particules colloïdales combinant à la fois une excellente résistance mécanique et une teneur en particules colloïdales supérieure à 70% en masse.
