The method has the aim of obtaining Mn mini-tablets with a concentration of said metal ranging between 90 and 98%, Al particles being the binding element. The method is based on the use of ground electrolytic Mn from shales with a chemical purity of 99.7% or higher. Said product is screened with a mesh of less than 450 micra, wherein the fine powder content should be less than 15%. Moreover, atomized powder Al obtained by mechanical processes with a granulometry of between 100 and 800 micra and with over 80% of the powder being between 350 and 720 micra should be used in said method. The method is carried out in a device having a storage hopper (1), a diffuser (4) of the product in said hopper (1), a hopper (6) for compacting and shaping the mini- tables in molds (9) in combination with pressing punches (7 and 8) and with the aid of an alveolar and dosing valve (10) mounted between the feed chamber (5) and the compacting chamber (6).

L'invention concerne un procédé d'obtention de mini-tablettes de Manganèse ayant une concentration comprise entre 90 et 98 % dudit métal, des particules d'Aluminium servant d'élément ligand. Ceprocédé consiste à utiliser du Manganèse électrolytique moulu à partir d'écailles d'une pureté chimique supérieure ou égale à 99,7 %, ledit produit étant tamisé par une maille d'une grosseur inférieure à 450 microns, où la teneur en poudres fines est inférieure à 15 %. Ainsi, dans le procédé l'Aluminium est utilisé en poudre atomisée obtenue par des procédés mécaniques et présente une granulométrie comprise entre 100 et 800 microns, dont plus de 80 % de la poudre possèdent une granulométrie comprise entre 350 et 720 microns. Ledit procédé est exécuté dans un dispositif comportant une trémie de stockage (1), un diffuseur (4) du produit dans cette trémie (1), une trémie de compactage (6) et de mise en forme des mini-tablettes, dans des matrices (9), en combinaison avec des pointeaux de pressage (7) et (8), et en collaboration avec une valve alvéolaire et doseuse (10) établie entre la chambre d'alimentation (5) et la chambre de compactage (6).
