The invention relates to a method for the production of highly resistant, acid- resistant concrete, using water, a hydraulic binder and additives, wherein a hydraulic binder containing aluminium silicates is used, said aluminium silicates being selected from the group consisting of blast furnace slag, clay, marl and industrial by-products such as fly ash under the proviso that the A1203 content of the binder does not exceed 5 % by weight and blast furnace slag amounts to less than 35 % by weight of the binder, and cement kiln dust is used as an activator corresponding to 1-20 % by weight of the binder. The hydraulic binder is used in an amount corresponding to > 400kg per m3 and the water/binder ratio is 0.25 0.40.

Procédé de production de béton à haute résistance et résistant aux acides à l'aide d'eau, de liant hydraulique et de granulat, selon lequel le liant hydraulique utilisé contient des aluminosilicates, du sulfate de calcium et un activateur renfermant des sels de métal alcalin. Les aluminosilicates sont choisis dans le groupe constitué par de la scorie de haut fourneau, de l'argile, de la marne et des sous-produits de l'industrie tels que de la cendre volante, à condition que la teneur en Al2O3 du liant soit supérieure à 5 % en poids, que la scorie de haut fourneau constitue moins de 35 % en poids du liant et que la poussière de four à ciment soit utilisée comme activateur dans une quantité allant de 1 à 20 % en poids du liant, le liant hydraulique étant utilisé en quantité supérieure à 400 kg par m3 de béton, avec un rapport eau / liant maintenu entre 0,25 et 0,40.
