2033984 9100342 PCTABS00003 The process of the invention comprises the following steps: (a) isolation and preparation of cells exhibiting antigens, TH and B cell precursors from tumour-infiltrated people, those infected with procaryotic or eucaryotic exciters, especially viruses, or those with a hereditary disease; (b) activation of the TH and B cell precursors of (a) by bonding to the cells of (a) exhibiting antigens; (c) isolation and preparation of B cells from tumour-infiltrated people, those infected with procaryotic or eucaryotic exciters, especially viruses, those with a serious disease or healthy people; (d) activating the B cells of (c) by bonding to the antigen-activated TH and B cell precursors of (b), and (e) cloning the activated B cells of (d).
