The present invention relates to a method for the production of impact-modified, filled polycarbonate compositions and molding compounds, characterized in that (i) in a first step the CNT (component C) is mixed with vinyl copolymer containing rubber (component B) and/or vinyl copolymer not containing any rubber (component D) on a twin-screw extruder while obtaining a CNT master batch, (ii) in a second step the CNT master batch from the first step is mixed with polycarbonate (component A) and optionally additional parts B and D, and optionally further additives (component E), on a twin-screw extruder, wherein the decomposition of the molecular weight of the polycarbonate is improved during the compounding as opposed to method known from prior art.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de compositions de polycarbonate et de matières moulables chargées, modifiées choc. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que (i), dans une première étape, les nanotubes de carbone (composant C) sont mélangés à un copolymère de vinyle (composant B) contenant du caoutchouc et/ou à un copolymère de vinyle (composant D) sans caoutchouc sur une extrudeuse à double vis pour obtenir un mélange-maître de nanotubes de carbone; (ii), dans une deuxième étape, le mélange-maître de nanotubes de carbone obtenu à la première étape est mélangé à du polycarbonate (composant A) et éventuellement à d'autres ingrédients B et D et éventuellement d'autres additifs (composant E) sur une extrudeuse à double vis, la réduction du poids moléculaire du polycarbonate pendant le mélange étant amélioré par rapport à des procédés connus de la technique actuelle.
