In order to create a metal profile (P3) having a complex shape, said profile is drawn in 3D in the final size thereof, then each elements forming a distinct part of the profile are drawn and developed in a flat mode . Said elements (A3, B3) are then cut out in at least one metal sheet. Said cut out is preferably performed in a flat mode in a flat sheet. If necessary, at least one of the elements (A3, B3) is subsequently finalized. The elements (A3, B3) are assembled, for example by welding, in order to form said profile (P3).

Pour réaliser un profilé métallique (P3) de forme complexe, on le dessine en trois dimensions, à sa taille définitive, puis on dessine et on développe à plat chacun des éléments formant une partie distincte du profilé. On découpe alors ces éléments (A3, B3) dans au moins une tôle métallique. Cette découpe est réalisée de préférence à plat, dans une tôle plane. Si nécessaire, l'un au moins des éléments (A3, B3) est ensuite mis en forme. Enfin, les éléments (A3, B3) sont assemblés entre eux, par exemple par soudage, pour former le profilé (P3).
