The invention relates to a method for the production of polyamides from amino nitriles and water, (1) by reacting aminonitriles with water at a temperature of 180 - 350 ~C and a pressure of 30 - 120 bar adjusted in such a way that in addition to a liquid phase, a gaseous phase is also present in the first reaction step; (2) relaxation of the reaction mixture obtained in the first reaction step via an evaporator zone or adiabatically with removal of water and ammonia in a second reaction step and (3) post-condensation in the second reaction step at a pressure 0.1 mbar to 5 bar at a temperature of 230 - 320 ~C.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de polyamides à partir d'aminonitriles et d'eau, consistant (1) à transformer dans une première étape de réaction des aminonitriles avec de l'eau à une température de 180 à 350 ·C et une pression de 30 à 120 bar réglée de manière obtenir une phase gazeuse en plus d'une phase liquide, (2) à détendre dans une deuxième étape de réaction le mélange de réaction obtenu au cours de la première étape dans une zone de vaporisation, ou de manière adiabatique avec extraction d'eau et d'ammoniac, et (3) à effectuer une recondensation au cours de la deuxième étape de réaction à une pression de 0,1 mbar à 5 bar et une température de 230 à 320 ·C.
