The invention relates to a method for producing polyurethanes by reacting at least one polyisocyanate with at least one compound having at least two hydrogen atoms that are reactive with isocyanate groups. The method is characterised in that at least one polyether alcohol is used for the connection to at least two active hydrogen atoms. Said polyether alcohol is produced by adding alkylene oxides to H-functional initiator substances by means of multi-metal cyanide catalysis. The reaction is carried out in the presence of at least one metallic salt.

L'objet de l'invention est un procédé de préparation de polyuréthanes par transformation d'au moins un polyisocyanate comportant au moins une liaison avec au moins deux atomes d'hydrogène réagissant avec les groupes isocyanates. Le procédé se caractérise par l'utilisation d'au moins un polyétheralccol pour réaliser la liaison avec les deux ou plus atomes d'hydrogène actifs. Ledit polyétheralccol est préparé par adjonction d'oxydes d'alkylène à des initiateurs H-fonctionnels par catalyse au cyanure polymétallique. La transformation s'effectue en présence d'au moins un sel métallique.
