The invention relates to a method for producing profiled floor elements (1) from a derived timber product, comprising at least one covering flange (5) protruding from a lower region (4) and having a rounded longitudinal edge (6). Profiled floor elements (1) connected along a longitudinal edge (6) by means of a connecting section (9) extend from a preliminary section (8), said profiled floor elements being separated from each other by machining the connecting section (9) on the profiled side opposing the visible side once a covering layer (7) has been adhered to the preliminary section (8) in the region of the visible sides of the subsequent profiled floor elements (1). The aim of the invention is to ensure advantageous production conditions. To this end, strips (12) of the covering layer (7), associated with the individual profiled floor elements (1), are stuck to the preliminary section (8) forming a connecting section (9) bridging the panache region (14) between the rounded longitudinal edges (6), on the side of the covering flange (5) opposing the visible side, the edge regions (13) of said strips, which face each other and protrude into the panache region (14), being bent in the panache region (14) between the rounded longitudinal edges (6) of the covering flange (5), and stuck to the longitudinal edges (6) before the connecting section (9) is machined on the lower side of the covering flange (5).
L'invention concerne un procédé pour réaliser des profilés de plancher (1) en matériau dérivé du bois, lesquels profilés présentent au moins une bride de recouvrement (5) faisant saillie d'une zone inférieure (4) et pourvue d'un bord longitudinal arrondi (6), ledit procédé consistant à partir d'une ébauche de profilé (8) constituée de profilés de plancher (1) reliés par l'intermédiaire d'une nervure de liaison (9) le long d'un bord longitudinal (6), lesquels profilés de plancher sont séparés par enlèvement de copeaux de la nervure de liaison (9) sur la face du profilé opposée à la face visible, après l'application d'une couche de recouvrement (7) sur l'ébauche de profilé (8) par collage au niveau des faces visibles des futurs profilés de plancher (1). L'objectif de cette invention est de garantir des conditions de réalisation avantageuses. A cet effet, des bandes (12) de la couche de recouvrement (7), associées aux profilés de plancher individuels (1), sont collées sur l'ébauche de profilé (8), qui forme, sur la face de la bride de recouvrement (5) opposée à la face visible, une nervure de liaison (9) couvrant la zone évidée (14) entre les bords longitudinaux arrondis (6), bandes dont les zones de bordure (13), adjacentes l'une à l'autre et avançant au-dessus de la zone évidée (14), sont courbées dans cette zone évidée (14) entre les bords longitudinaux arrondis (6) de la bride de recouvrement (5) et collées contre ces bords longitudinaux (6), avant l'enlèvement de copeaux de la nervure de liaison (9) sur la face inférieure de la bride de recouvrement (5).
