The invention relates to a method for the production of protective coatings on the surface of chemically active materials, comprising a mixture consisting of a chemically active metal and a meltable stable element.The inventive method is characterized in that it comprises the following steps: provision of at least one chemically active metal A; provision of at least one meltable stable element B; mixing metal (A) and element (B) in order to form a mixture; treating said mixture on the surface thereof with a liquid medium (L) which can dissolve metal (A) but which cannot dissolve element (B) at a temperature which is higher than the melting point of element (B), whereby a coating is created on the surface of the mixture, substantially consisting of element (B); the treatment is terminated when the desired thickness of coating is obtained; the liquid medium is removed and the mixture is purified and dried.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de réalisation de revêtements de protection à la surface de matériaux chimiquement actifs comprenant un mélange d'un métal chimiquement actif et d'un élément stable fusible. Le procédé se caractérise en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes : mise à disposition d'au moins un métal chimiquement actif (A) ; mise à disposition d'au moins un élément stable fusible (B) ; mélange du métal (A) et de l'élément (B), afin de former un mélange ; traitement du mélange à sa surface au moyen d'un agent liquide (L) qui est capable de dissoudre le métal (A), mais pas de dissoudre l'élément (B), à une température qui est supérieure au point de fusion de l'élément (B), ceci permettant la formation à la surface du mélange d'un revêtement qui est sensiblement composé de l'élément (B) ; arrêt du traitement lorsque l'épaisseur souhaitée du revêtement est atteinte ; élimination de l'agent liquide ; et nettoyage et séchage du mélange.
