The present invention relates to a method for the produc-tion of a self-venting packaging for use in heating a food item in a mi-crowave oven, said packaging comprising a rupturable valve seal (3), said rupturable valve seal comprising an inside-inside seal, creating a weak point on said packaging, suitable to break in case of overpressure inside the packaging, said method comprising the following subsequent steps: providing an open plastic packaging; filling said packaging with a food item; - sealing the plastic packaging to obtain a closed pack via a closing seal with the food item therein ready to be sterilised; heat treating said food item; providing a rupturable valve seal (3) on the pack by ultrasound seal technology.
La présente invention porte sur un procédé de production d'un emballage à auto-évacuation destiné à être utilisé pour chauffer un produit alimentaire dans un four à micro-ondes, ledit emballage comprenant un joint d'étanchéité cassable à soupape (3), ledit joint d'étanchéité cassable à soupape comprenant un joint d'étanchéité intérieur-intérieur, créant un point faible sur ledit emballage, approprié à se casser dans le cas d'une surpression à l'intérieur de l'emballage, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes ultérieures suivantes : la fourniture d'un emballage en matière plastique ou en verre ; le remplissage dudit emballage avec un produit alimentaire ; la fermeture étanche de l'emballage en matière plastique afin d'obtenir un emballage fermé à l'aide d'un joint d'étanchéité de fermeture avec le produit alimentaire à l'intérieur de celui-ci prêt à être stérilisé ; le traitement thermique dudit produit alimentaire ; la mise en place d'un joint d'étanchéité cassable à soupape (3) sur l'emballage à l'aide d'une technologie d'étanchéité à ultrasons.
