Three-dimensional or flat structures can be produced without any leftover materials and in a visible manner during the production process thereof by combining and reacting at least two component jets in the form of small droplets having a mean diameter of <1.000 µm, consisting of: a) at least one polyisocyanate component and b) at least one component capable of reacting with said isocyanate component to form polymers.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production, selon lequel des structures tridimensionnelles ou plates sont produites sans matière excédentaire et de façon visible pendant le processus. Pour obtenir la réaction souhaitée, on réunit au moins deux faisceaux de composants, se présentant sous forme de fines gouttelettes d'un diamètre moyen <1.000 µm et composés a) au moins d'un composant de polyisocyanate et b) au moins d'un composant apte à réagir avec ce composant d'isocyanate pour former des polymères.
