The invention relates to a method for producing racemic amines of formula (I), in which R1 and R2 are not the same and R1, R2, R3 are alkyl-, cycloalkyl-, arylalkyl-, aryl-, heteroaryl rests and heterocyclic rests and R3 also represents hydrogen. Said rests can carry substituents selected from the group of alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkoxy, aryloxy, amino, alkylamino and dialkylamino. The method is characterized in that the corresponding optically active amine (I) and the secondary alcohol of formula (II) and/or the asymmetrical ketone of formula (III) and the amine of the formula R3NH2 are simultaneously reacted in situ in the presence of hydrogen and a hydrogenation or dehydrogenation catalyst at an elevated temperature.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'amines racémiques de la formule (I) dans laquelle R<1> et R<2> sont différents et R<1>, R<2>, R<3> désignent des restes alkyle, cycloalkyle, arylalkyle, aryle, hétéroaryle et des restes hétérocycliques et R<3> désigne également hydrogène, les restes pouvant porter des substituants sélectionnés dans le groupe comprenant alkyle, cycloalkyle, alcoxy, aryloxy, amino, alkylamino et dialkylamino. Ce procédé se caractérise en ce que simultanément, on fait réagir in situ l'amine (I) à activité optique correspondante et l'alcool secondaire de la formule (II) et/ou la cétone asymétrique de la formule (III) et l'amine de la formule R<3>NH2 en présence d'hydrogène et d'un catalyseur d'hydrogénation ou de déshydrogénation à température plus élevée.
