A method is provided for the separation and identification of a target microorganism from a complex matrix such as food. The method employs an aqueous two-phase polymer separation system to selectively enhance the number of the target microorganisms with respect to the background flora, followed by selective growth and identification of the target.

Procédé de séparation et d'identification d'un microorganisme cible depuis une matrice complexe, telle qu'un produit alimentaire.
