The invention relates to a method for the concentration, separation and purification of aroma molecules from aqueous or organic solutions by adsorption onto zeolitic materials. Process streams for which the method according to the invention is suitable originate from the manufacture of useful low-molecular lipophilic materials, especially aroma substances, e.g. from chemical synthesis or from microbial or enzymatic processes. Said method is also suitable for distillates, press-juices, homogenates, macerates, lyzates or suspensions originating from plants.
