The invention relates to a method for the synthesis of peptides, peptide mimetics and/or proteins and/or for the selective N-terminal modification of peptides, peptide mimetics and/or proteins. Said method comprises the following steps: a) an amino constituent comprising at least one amino acid is prepared, b) a carboxy constituent comprising a leaving group on the carboxyl group is prepared, said carboxy constituent being a compound comprising at least one amino acid or a compound comprising at least one marker group or reporter group, and c) the amino constituent and the carboxy constituent are reacted in a reaction medium comprising at least one ionic liquid, in the presence of a protease, a peptidase and/or a hydrolase, a peptide bond being formed between the amino constituent and the carboxy constituent, splitting off the leaving group.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de synthèse de peptides, de substances mimétiques de peptides et/ou de protéines et/ou de modification N-terminale sélective de peptides, de substances mimétiques de peptides et/ou de protéines. Ce procédé consiste a) à préparer un composant aminé qui présente au moins un acide aminé, b) à préparer un composant carboxyle qui présente un groupe partant sur le groupe carboxyle et qui est un composé présentant au moins un acide aminé ou au moins un groupe marqueur ou rapporteur, puis c) à mettre en réaction le composant aminé et le composant carboxyle dans un milieu réactionnel qui présente un ou plusieurs liquides ioniques, en présence d'une protéase, d'une peptidase et/ou d'une hydrolase, une liaison peptidique s'établissant alors entre le composant aminé et le composant carboxyle, avec séparation du groupe partant.
