The invention concerns a method of sulphonation characterised in that it consists in contacting a nucleophile whose nucleophilic atom is a nitrogen atom with a reagent comprising by successive or simultaneous addition: a heavy sulphonyl halide (i.e. whose atomic number is not less than that of chlorine), advantageously suphonyl chloride; and an organic base both not capable of alkylation and lipid soluble; and the organic part of said sulphonyl is perfluorinated on the carbon carried by the sulphur. The invention is applicable to organic synthesis.

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de sulfonylation. Ce procédé se définit en ce qu'il comprend une étape de mise en contact d'un nucléophile dont l'atome nucléophile est un azote avec un réactif comportant pour addition successive ou simultanée: un halogénure lourd (c'est-à-dire dont le nombre atomique est au moins égal à celui du chlore) de sulfonyle, avantageusement chlorure de sulfonyle; et une base organique à la fois non alcoylable et liposoluble; et par le fait que la partie organique dudit sulfonyle est perfluorée sur le carbone porté par le soufre. Application à la synthèse organique.
