The present invention relates to a method for treating waste material containing hydrocarbon, wherein the waste material is supplied in a reactor, gas containing oxygen is supplied in the reactor, said substances are combusted to form gaseous combustion products and solid residue and said solid residue is discharged from the reactor. The gas containing oxygen is supplied continuously in the reactor in amounts insufficient for complete oxidation of the waste material, said gas containing oxygen is supplied so as to pass it through a layer of said solid residue and the gaseous combustion products are passed through a layer of untreated waste material to form a product gas containing hydrocarbons and droplets of liquid hydrocarbons.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement de déchets contenant des hydrocarbures, selon lequel les déchets sont placés dans un réacteur, un gaz contenant de l'oxygène est amené dans le réacteur, lesdites substances sont brûlées afin de former des produits de combustion gazeux et des résidus solides, et ces résidus solides sont retirés du réacteur. Le gaz contenant de l'oxygène est délivré de façon continue dans le réacteur en quantités insuffisantes pour permettre l'oxydation complète des déchets, et de manière qu'il traverse une couche des résidus solides mentionnés, et les produits de combustion gazeux passent au travers d'une couche de déchets non traités afin de former un gaz résultant contenant des hydrocarbures et des gouttelettes d'hydrocarbures liquides.
