The present invention describes a novel process which based on a modification of chemical/physical process procedures in simple as well as in complex systems leads to desirable and useful changes of properties inherent in these systems. An essential aspect of this invention is concerned with the modification of chemical/physical process procedures in complex biological systems, which manifests itself in a desirable and useful change of certain properties of the organisms present in these systems, such as e.g. a change of the pattern of gene expression, the morphology, the development and growth efficiency, the stress susceptibility asf.
