The present invention relates to a method for implementing queuing to a telephone service charged at a controllable rate. According to the method, at least one call is received placed to said telephone service at an instant when all the service extension lines of said telephone service are busy, the received call is placed in a queue, and after finding a newly freed service extension line, the first call of the ordered queue is directed to said newly freed service extension line. According to the invention, the received call is transferred to be controlled by an intelligent telephone network (102, 103), the received call is directed to an automated voice response means (104), the received call is answered by said automated voice response means (104), the received call is placed in a queue by said automated voice response means (104), and after said finding of said newly freed service extension line, the first call in said ordered queue is released from the automated voice response means (104). Subsequently, said intelligent telephone network (102, 103) is allowed to direct the call released from the automated voice response means (104) to said newly freed service extension line (106).

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant d'exécuter la mise en file d'attente en fonction d'un tarif voulu dans un service téléphonique. Selon ce procédé, on reçoit au moins un appel destiné audit service téléphonique à un instant où toutes les lignes d'extension de service dudit service téléphonique sont occupées. On met l'appel reçu dans une file d'attente, et, lorsqu'une ligne d'extension de service se libère, on dirige le premier appel de la file d'attente vers la ligne d'extension de service nouvellement libérée. Cette invention consiste à transférer l'appel reçu pour qu'il soit contrôlé par un réseau téléphonique intelligent (102, 103), à diriger l'appel reçu vers un dispositif automatique de réponse vocale (104), à répondre à l'appel reçu à l'aide du dispositif automatique de réponse vocale (104), à mettre l'appel reçu dans une file d'attente à l'aide du dispositif automatique de réponse vocale (104), puis, après détection de la ligne d'extension de service nouvellement libérée, à libérer le premier appel de la file d'attente du dispositif automatique de réponse vocale (104). Ensuite, on permet audit réseau téléphonique intelligent (102, 103) de diriger l'appel libéré du dispositif automatique de réponse vocale (104) vers la ligne d'extension de service nouvellement libérée (106).
