The invention relates to a method and a kit for detecting a fungal species in clinical material. Oligonucleotides of the sequence protocol are used as DNA probes for detecting DNA segments of fungal DNA by means of hybridisation, whereby said fungal DNA is extracted from the clinical material.

L'invention concerne un procédé ainsi qu'un nécessaire pour la détection d'une espèce de champignon se trouvant dans un matériau clinique. Selon l'invention, on utilise, comme sondes d'ADN, des oligonucléotides selon le protocole de séquence, pour identifier de l'ADN de champignon extrait du matériau clinique par hybridation de segments d'ADN.
