The invention relates to a coating agent formulation containing a mixture that is composed of at least one surfactant as component a1 and at least one compound that corresponds to general formula (I) R1-O-(CH2-CHR2-O)n-(CH2-CH2- O)m-R3 as component a2. In said formula: R1 represents an optionally substituted phenyl or C4-C14 alkyl; R2 represents C1-C8 alkyl; R3 represents hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, benzoyl, acetyl, acryl or methacryl; n represents an average value from 0 to 10; and m represents an average value from 1 to 10, whereby n+m = 10 and m > n. According to the invention, the optionally different alkylene oxide structural units can be statistically distributed or arranged in blocks. The mixture also contains 1-95 wt. % coating forming binding agents and resins, 0-80 wt. % fillers, 0-40 wt. % pigments, 0-20 wt. % additives and 0-90 wt. % organic solvents and/or water, the sum of the weight percentages totalling 100 wt. %. The invention also relates to the use of the inventive mixture for lowering the interfacial tension in a coating agent, by the addition of said mixture to the latter.

L'invention concerne une formulation d'agent de revêtement contenant un mélange comportant comme composante a1 au moins un tensioactif et comme composante a2 au moins un composé de formule R1-O-(CH2-CHR2-O)n-(CH2-CH2-O)m-R3, dans laquelle R1 représente phényle éventuellement substitué, alkyle C4-C14, R2 signifie alkyle C1-C8, R3 désigne hydrogène, alkyle C1-C6, benzoyle, acétyle, acryle, méthacryle, n est une valeur moyenne de 0 à 10, m est une valeur moyenne de 1 à 10, sachant que n+m = 10 et m > n. Les unités structurelles d'oxyde d'alkylène éventuellement différentes peuvent avoir une distribution statistique ou une disposition par blocs, avec 1-95 % en poids de liants formant une couche et de résine, 0-80 % en poids de matière de charge, 0-40 % en poids de pigments, 0-20 % en poids d'additifs et 0-90 % en poids de solvants organiques et/ou d'eau, la somme des pourcentages en poids donnant 100 % en poids. La présente invention porte également sur l'utilisation de ce mélange dans un agent de revêtement pour en réduire la tension interfaciale.
