A method of accounting electronic transactions is the fact that the transaction is initiated by the payer (1) from an electronic terminal, the operation causing the following to be delivered to the accounting system (3): the transaction code (A), describing the type of transaction selected, the amount (B) describing the transaction value, payer's ID (D), which is explicitly assigned to the specific payer (1), and the payee's ID (C), which is assigned to the payee (2), and next, the accounting system (3) verifies whether the payer (1) is an authorized user, whether a beneficiary with the given payee's ID (C) exists and what types of transactions are handled by this beneficiary, as well as whether the specified amount (B) is available on the payer's (1) payment account (4), after which the accounting system (3) sends cumulative information on the transaction (E) to the payer (1), which preferably contains also extended information on the transaction, while the payer (1) is requested to accept the transaction, to correct or complete data, having received acceptance for the transaction (F), the accounting system (3) effects accounting of the transaction (G) on the payment account (4) and sends acknowledgment of the payment (H) to the payee (2), which preferably includes additional information on the payer (1), which are not directly related to transaction accounting, as well as acknowledgment of the transaction (J) to the payer (1), which preferably contain additional information (I) delivered to the accounting system (3) by the payee (2). The method of effecting electronic transactions via phone is the fact that the transaction is initiated by establishing a connection from the payer's (1) phone (5) to the severs (6) of the accounting system (3), where the transaction parameters are specified directly in the sequence (S) dialed on the phone (5) in the course of the connection being initiated and are sent via a telecommunication network (7) to servers (6) with the payer's ID (D) from the phone (5), whereas any missing parameters of the transaction are preferably completed by the payer (1) during the connection session, and acknowledgment of the transaction via phone (5) is sent by the accounting system (3) alternatively after the connection has been finished.
Procédé de gestion comptable de transactions électroniques selon lequel la transaction est lancée par le payeur (1) à partir d'un terminal électronique, cette opération entraînant la fourniture au système de gestion comptable (3) des informations suivantes : le code de transaction (A), la description du type de transaction choisie, le montant (B) correspondant à la valeur de transaction, l'identité du payeur (D) assignée explicitement au payeur concerné (1), et l'identité du bénéficiaire (C) assignée au bénéficiaire (2). Ensuite, le système de gestion comptable (3) vérifie si le payeur (1) est un utilisateur autorisé, si un bénéficiaire correspondant à l'identité du bénéficiaire donnée (C) existe et le type de transactions effectuées par ce bénéficiaire, et également si le montant spécifié (B) est disponible sur le compte de paiement (4) du payeur (1), après quoi le système de gestion comptable (3) envoie des informations cumulatives sur la transaction (E) au payeur (1), ces informations contenant de préférence également des informations complémentaires sur la transaction, tandis qu'il est demandé au payeur (1) d'accepter la transaction, et de corriger ou de compléter les données. Ayant reçu l'acceptation concernant la transaction (F), le système de gestion comptable (3) effectue la transaction (G) sur le compte de paiement (4) et envoie une attestation du paiement (H) au bénéficiaire (2), ladite attestation contenant de préférence des informations supplémentaires sur le payeur (1), qui ne concernent pas directement la gestion de la transaction, ainsi qu'une attestation de la transaction (J) au payeur (1), ladite attestation contenant de préférence certaines informations supplémentaires (I) fournies au système de gestion comptable (3) par le bénéficiaire (2). Selon ledit procédé permettant d'effectuer des transactions électroniques via le téléphone, la transaction est lancée par l'établissement d'une connexion entre le téléphone (5) du payeur (1) et les serveurs (6) du système de gestion comptable (3). Les paramètres de transaction sont spécifiés directement dans la séquence (S) composée sur le téléphone (5) lors de l'établissement de la connexion et envoyés via un réseau de télécommunication (7) à des serveurs (6) avec l'identité du payeur (D) à partir du téléphone (5), tout paramètre manquant concernant la transaction étant de préférence complété par le payeur (1) pendant la session de connexion, et l'attestation de la transaction via le téléphone (5) est envoyée par le système de gestion comptable (3), une fois la connexion terminée.
