It is an object of the invention to provide a method of continuously adding a large amount of fats and oils to porous fodder. To attain the object, continuous and efficient addition of fats and oils is effected in a continuous type fat and oil addition apparatus by charging a porous fodder, which is formed by an extruder to have a multiplicity of voids therein, together with additive fats and oils into the continuous type fat and oil addition apparatus, in which inside pressure is reduced to a predetermined pressure value, and taking them out from the fat and oil addition apparatus after holding them for a predetermined period of time. Accordingly, it is possible to continuously and efficiently add fats and oils to the porous fodder with a high content.

Cette invention se rapporte à un procédé d'adjonction en continu d'une grande quantité de matières grasses à du fourrage poreux. Dans ce but, on procède à une adjonction continue et efficace de matières grasses dans un appareil pour adjonction continue de matières grasses en chargeant à l'intérieur dudit appareil un fourrage poreux qui est formé par une extrudeuse de façon à comporter en son sein un grand nombre de vides, la pression à l'intérieur dudit appareil étant réduite jusqu'à une valeur préétablie, et en faisant ressortir le fourrage dudit appareil pour adjonction de matières grasses après l'y avoir fait séjourné pendant un laps de temps préétabli. Conformément à cette invention, il est possible d'ajouter des matières grasses à du fourrage poreux de façon continue et efficace et en quantité importante.
