ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE It is an object of the present invention to provide a tube with precise holes. The side of a tube is drilled at predetermined intervals by a laser beam while the tube is being conveyed in its longitudinal direction in a tubular state. In consequence, manufacture is facilitated, and the precise holes can be drilled.
