ABSTRACT Method of and apparatus for supplying and transferring electronic components are provided. The supply and transfer mechanism includes pallets each for receiving and holding one electronic component, endless conveying mechanism for conveying the pallets in an intermittent fashion in a substantially horizontal plane, and supply unit mechanism for selectively supplying electronic components to the pallets. The invention reduces the overall height of the apparatus.
