Method and apparatus for altering the physical characteristics ofliquids and gases. The fluid is pumped into an elongated cylindrical chamber whose elongated wall (12) contains a multiplicity of spaced apart cylindrical holes (12A) under sufficient pressure to cause the fluid to exit from the cylindrical holes (12A) as jets having an exit velocity of at least 0.025 feet (.0076 m) per second. The jets of fluid exit from the cylindrical holes (12A) into an annular chamber (15) surrounding the elongated cylindrical chamber and having a common axis as the elongated cylindrical chamber. The entire inner surface of the annular chamber (15) is coated with an alloy of copper and nickel. The jets of fluid bombard the surfaces of the annular chamber to induce the copper-nickel alloy to give up electrons. The freed electrons combine with a significant number of molecules of the fluid to thereby alter the physical characteristics of the entire body of fluid.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de modification des caractéristiques physiques de liquides et de gaz ainsi que l'appareil correspondant. Ledit procédé consiste à pomper le fluide à l'intérieur d'un compartiment cylindrique oblong dont la paroi oblongue (12) comporte une multiplicité de trous cylindriques (12A) espacés, et ce sous une pression suffisante pour provoquer la sortie du liquide par lesdits trous cylindriques (12A) sous forme de jets dont la vitesse d'évacuation est au moins égale à 0,0076 m (0,25 pied) par seconde. Les jets de fluide sortent des trous cylindriques (12A) à l'intérieur d'un compartiment annulaire (15) entourant le compartiment cylindrique oblong et ayant le même axe que ce dernier. La totalité de la surface interne du compartiment annulaire (15) porte un revêtement d'un alliage de cuivre et de nickel. Les jets de fluide bombardent les surfaces du compartiment annulaire pour amener l'alliage cuivre-nickel à céder des électrons. Les électrons libérés se combinent à un nombre suffisamment élevé de molécules du fluide pour provoquer une modification des caractéristiques physiques de l'ensemble du fluide.
