The present invention relates to a method of and system for managing financial liability in a telecommunications network wherein a service requester (1) receives post paid services provided by a service provider (2) and wherein financial liability of said service requester for payment of said services is certified by a liability provider (3). At least one liability token data signal is received by said service provider via said telecommunications network (8), which at least one liability token data signal is issued by said liability provider. Said liability token data signal comprises time dependent validity data for said liability token data signal and data regarding an amount for which said service requester is liable. The invention is also related to a liability server for use in a method and system according to the invention.
La présente invention concerne une méthode et un système pour gérer des engagements financiers dans un réseau de télécommunication où un demandeur de services (1) reçoit des services post-payés fournis par un prestataire de services (2) et où l~engagement financier dudit demandeur de services de paiement desdits services est garanti par un garant (3). Au moins un signal de données de jeton d~engagement est reçu par ledit prestataire de service au travers dudit réseau de télécommunication (8), ledit au moins un signal de données de jeton d~engagement étant émis par ledit garant. Ledit signal de données de jeton d~engagement comprend des données de validité dépendant du temps pour ledit signal de données de jeton d~engagement et des données concernant une somme pour laquelle ledit demandeur de service est engagée. L~invention concerne également un serveur de garanties à employer dans une méthode et système selon l~invention.
