A communication method for perming data communication between communication devices multi-connected to a transmission line by using a multi-carrier modulation/demodulation technique, wherein when the multi-connected communication devices perform data transmission at the same time, a control apparatus (1) which functions as a master manages and arbitrates the communication status of the line to realize drastic reduction of the transmission delay, thereby realizing data communication for a call or moving picture reproduction which requires the real time.

L'invention concerne un procédé de communication destiné à permettre la communication de données entre des dispositifs de communication multiconnectés à une ligne de transmission, lequel procédé utilise une technique de modulation/démodulation multi-porteuses. Ledit procédé est caractérisé en ce que, lorsque les dispositifs de communication multiconnectés procèdent à la transmission des données en même temps, un appareil (1) de commande fonctionnant comme maître gère et arbitre le statut de communication de la ligne, de manière à réduire de façon drastique les retards de transmission, ce qui permet de procéder, en temps réel, comme voulu, à la communication des données relatives à un appel ou à la reproduction d'une image animée.
