A method of identifying, from an aerial thermal image (1) of a plurality of buildings within a predetermined area, those buildings having relatively low thermal efficiency, comprises performing ground-based measurements (2, 3) indicative of the thermal efficiency of a sample of the buildings; correlating (4) the ground-based measurements (2, 3) with the aerial thermal image (1) and estimating (6), on the basis of the correlation (5), which ones of the buildings, other than those of the sample, have relatively low thermal efficiency.

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant d'identifier, à partir d'une image thermique aérienne (1) d'une pluralité de bâtiments dans une zone prédéterminée, les bâtiments qui présentent une efficacité thermique relativement faible. Ce procédé consiste à effectuer des mesures au sol (2, 3) indiquant l'efficacité thermique d'un échantillon de ces bâtiments; à mettre en corrélation (4) les mesures au sol (2, 3) avec l'image thermique aérienne (1); et à estimer (6), sur la base de cette corrélation (5), quels sont les bâtiments, autres que ceux de l'échantillon, qui présentent une efficacité thermique relativement faible.
