A method of bonding cast superalloys is disclosed. The method includes the steps of casting separate superalloy component parts (12, 14), machining the mating surfaces of the separate parts in a controlled manner to avoid recrystallization of the material and to ensure a tight fit between the parts, bonding the parts together, and thermally treating the bonded component. In a preferred embodiment, the component (10) is a turbine blade for a land-based gas turbine.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'assemblage de superalliages coulés. Le procédé comporte les étapes consistant à couler des éléments (12, 14) séparés de pièces de superalliage, usiner les surfaces d'assemblage des éléments séparés de manière à éviter une recristallisation de la matière, et à assurer un ajustement serré entre les éléments, assembler les éléments entre eux, et traiter thermiquement la pièce assemblée. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, la pièce (10) est une aube de turbine utile pour une turbine à gaz terrestre.
