ABSTRACT A method of building construction including the steps of: (i) formation of a plurality of wall frames of a building at a location remote from an erection site of the building whereby specifications of each wall frame are determined in accordance with a building plan incorporating said plurality of wall frames depicted on a standard grid or pattern produced by a computer assembly; and (ii) transportation of said plurality of wall frames to the erection site wherein said building is erected by mounting of said wall frames to a support surface in conjunction with each other so as to define a building frame of the building.
