Improved, non-chlorinated systems and methods for removing soils from hard surfaces are provided wherein such surfaces are initially contacted with a first aqueous use dispersion including a protease enzyme, followed by contact the surface with a second aqueous acidic use dispersion. The enzyme dispersion preferably includes a polyol such as propylene glycol and in use is heated to a temperature up to about 120 ~C. The acid dispersion may include a surfactant and is also used in a heated condition. The two-component systems of the invention can be used for CIP treatment of dairy or other equipment in lieu chlorinated cleaning agents.

L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés sans chlore améliorés, permettant d'éliminer des souillures de surfaces dures. Ces procédés consistent tout d'abord à mettre ces surfaces en contact avec une première dispersion nettoyante aqueuse contenant une enzyme protéase, puis à les mettre en contact avec une deuxième dispersion nettoyante acide aqueuse. La dispersion enzymatique contient de préférence un polyol, tel que du propylène glycol, et elle est chauffée, lors de l'utilisation, à une température allant jusqu'à environ 120 ·C. La dispersion acide peut contenir un tensio-actif et elle est également utilisée à l'état chauffé. Les systèmes à deux composants selon l'invention peuvent être utilisés pour le nettoyage en place d'équipements de laiterie ou autres, à la place d'agents nettoyants chlorés.
