Device state information relating to a plenty of devices to be managed can be collected accurately and effectively. The plenty of devices (2) to be managed from which device state information is to be collected for device management are divided into: a direct collection group (7) which collects device state information by using a portable device state detection unit (4) to execute a detection operation on each of the devices (2) to be managed; and indirect collection groups (8a, 8b) which collect device state information by communication with fixed device state detection units (5, 6) installed in a state which can detect the device state information relating to the devices (2) to be managed.

La pluralité de dispositifs (2) devant être gérés, à partir desquels des informations d'état de dispositif doivent être collectées pour une gestion des dispositifs, est divisée en : un groupe à collecte directe (7) qui collecte des informations d'état de dispositif au moyen d'une unité de détection d'état de dispositif portable (4) pour exécuter une opération de détection sur chacun des dispositifs (2) devant être gérés ; et des groupes à collecte indirecte (8a, 8b) qui collectent des informations d'état de dispositif par communication avec des unités de détection d'état de dispositif fixes (5, 6) installées dans un état qui permet de détecter les informations d'état de dispositif relatives aux dispositifs (2) devant être gérés.
