A method of constructing structures from used tires is described. Firstly, pound into a groundsurface a plurality of posts defining an outline of a structure. The posts are spaced apart by approximately the diameter of tires to be used in completing the structure. Secondly, place over each post a stack of the tires, thereby forming walls for the structure from the tires.
