The invention relates to a method for controlling a transformation process in which the conversion of charge materials to a product takes place along a transformation interface from the crystal and/or grain and/or phase and/or pore surface into the charge material, one or more chemical elements in the charge materials being released and/or incorporated and/or rearranged and the conversion of the charge materials taking place along advancing transformation interfaces. According to the invention, the charge materials are identified on the basis of at least one optical, in particular microscopic, analysis with respect to their phases and/or phase components and/or their phase morphology, structure, texture, and/or their chemical composition. On the basis of these variables, reference functions for the charge materials, which describe the conversion of the charge materials in the process, are assigned and used for establishing the process parameters of the transformation process.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de commande d'un procédé de transformation, dans lequel la conversion de matières premières en un produit a lieu le long d'une interface de transformation, en partant de la surface de cristaux et/ou de grains et/ou de phases et/ou de pores pour pénétrer dans la matière première, un ou plusieurs éléments chimiques étant libérés dans les matières premières et/ou y étant incorporés et/ou y étant transposés, la conversion des matières premières ayant lieu le long d'interfaces de transformation continues. Selon l'invention, les matières premières sont identifiées en se basant sur au moins une analyse optique, en particulier microscopique, pour ce qui concerne leurs phases et/ou les proportions entre phases et/ou la morphologie de leurs phases, leurs structures, leurs textures et/ou leurs compositions chimiques. En se basant sur ces grandeurs, on applique pour les matières premières des fonctions de référence qui décrivent la transformation de la matière première dans le procédé, et on les utilise pour définir les paramètres du procédé de transformation.
