ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE In a coke dry quenching system arranging a waste heat boiler, the sensible heat of bleeder gas from a top portion of a coke dry quenching station at a time of overheat is stored in a regenerator and regenerated heat is automatically conducted to a waste heat boiler corresponding to lowering of heat input brought about by a change of coke pushing interval from the oven so that constant heat input to the waste heat boiler is maintained at a constant level.
