The invention concerns a method of demonstrating the cytotoxic activity of effector cells, whereby the effector cells are put in contact with the target cells and the cytotoxicity is evaluated by measuring a marker element present in the cytoplasm of the target cells which is released into the extracellular medium in case of cytotoxic activity of the effector cells in relation to target cells, characterized by the fact at least one gene coding for the said marker element is previously introduced into the target cells.

L'invention est relative à une méthode de mise en évidence de l'activité cytotoxique de cellules effectrices, selon laquelle on met en contact les cellules effectrices et des cellules-cibles et on apprécie la cytotoxicité par dosage d'un élément marqueur présent dans le cytoplasme des cellules-cibles et libéré dans le milieu extracellulaire en cas d'activité cytotoxique des cellules effectrices vis-à-vis des cellules-cibles, caractérisée en ce qu'on introduit au préalable dans les cellules-cibles au moins un gène codant pour ledit élément marqueur.
