PCR primers for detecting Bifidobacterium infantis comprising: a pair of a first oligonucleotide having a sequence of 20 or more continuous nucleotides selected from a nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 and a second oligonucleotide having a nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2 or a nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2 in which 0 to 7 nucleotides has been deleted from its 5'-terminal side is used to perform PCR using a chromosomal DNA or 16S rRNA or test bacteria as a template, and whether an amplicon of Bifidobacterium infantis is present or not is determined.

On détecte Bifidobacterium infantis en effectuant une ACP utilisant de l'ADN chromosomique ou de l'ARNr 16S d'une bactérie de test comme modèle avec l'utilisation d'une amorce d'ACP pour la détection de Bifidobacterium infantis composée d'une paire d'un premier oligonucléotide constitué d'une séquence de base de 20 ou plus de 20 nucléotides en continu choisis à partir de la séquence de base de la SEQ ID n· 1 et d'un second oligonucléotide constitué de la séquence de base de la SEQ ID n· 2 ou d'une séquence de base identique à celle-ci sauf que 0 à 7 nucléotides ont été enlevés du côté de la terminaison 5' de la séquence de base et en déterminant s'il y a ou non un quelconque produit d'amplification.
