A method of detecting a gene polymorphism in a gene encoding cytochrome P450 with the use of, as an oligonucleotide and/or an oligonucleotide primer, at least one member selected from the group consisting of those having sequences consisting of at least 13 bases including the base at the 21-position in the base sequences represented by SEQ ID NOS:1 to 215 and sequences complementary thereto.

L'invention concerne un procédé de détection de polymorphisme génique dans un gène codant le cytochrome P450. Ce procédé utilise, en tant qu'oligonucléotide et/ou amorce oligonucléotidique, au moins un élément sélectionné dans le groupe qui rassemble les éléments présentant des séquences constituées d'au moins 13 bases, y compris la base en position 21 dans les séquences de bases représentées par les identificateurs SEQ ID NO:1 à 215 et les séquences leur étant complémentaires.
