A method of detecting a gene polymorphism characterized by comprising constructing an oligonucleotide probe and/or an oligonucleotide primer in such a manner that the oligonucleotide probe and/or the oligonucleotide primer contain a polymorphism site occurring in a gene encoding a receptor or a sequence complementary thereto or, in the case of amplifying at least one of a gene encoding a receptor and a sequence complementary thereto, the polymorphism site is contained in the thus amplified fragment, and detecting at least one gene polymorphism in a gene encoding a target receptor with the use of the oligonucleotide probe and/or the oligonucleotide primer constructed above.
Cette invention concerne un procédé de détection d'un polymorphisme génique, lequel procédé se caractérise en ce qu'il consiste : à concevoir une sonde oligonucléotidique et/ou une amorce oligonucléotidique de telle sorte que la sonde oligonucléotidique et/ou l'amorce oligonucléotidique contienne un site de polymorphisme présent dans un gène codant un récepteur ou une séquence complémentaire à celui-ci. Lorsqu'on amplifie au moins un gène codant un récepteur ou une séquence complémentaire à celui-ci, le site de polymorphisme est contenu dans le fragment ainsi amplifié. Cette invention consiste ensuite à détecter au moins un polymorphisme génique dans un gène codant un récepteur cible au moyen de la sonde oligonucléotidique et/ou de l'amorce oligonucléotidique élaborées.
