To identify the legion subjected to the change before genome DNA mutation with certainty and with ease, using a transgenic mouse. Method of solving the problem A transgenic mouse is made by using constructs which integrate cDNA such as green fluorescence protein (GFP), beta-galactosidase, and alkaline phosphatase which can be reporter genes into the gene expression vectors with 3' untranslated regions (3'-UTR) including poly A recognition sequence of elongation factor-1 (EF-1) promoter and Granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF); then radiation or ultraviolet rays are irradiated to this transgemc mouse to identify the legion so that only the stressed cells or cancerous cells emit light or color in order to identify the legions.
