A method for detecting kidney diseases at the early stage characterized by measuring the concentration of human lipocalin-type prostaglandin D synthase in a body fluid sample collected from a subject and comparing the thus measured concentration with the human lipocalin-type prostaglandin D synthase concentration of body fluid samples obtained from healthy subjects; and a method for pathologically controlling kidney diseases characterized by measuring the concentration of human lipocalin-type prostaglandin D synthase in a body fluid sample collected from a subject and evaluating the glomerular filtration level of the patient therefrom.
Un procédé de détection des maladies du rein à un stade précoce se caractérise par la mesure de la concentration de prostaglandine D synthase du type lipocaline humaine dans un échantillon de fluide corporel prélevé sur un patient suivie de la comparaison de la concentration ainsi mesurée avec une concentration de prostaglandine D synthase de type lipocaline humaine mesurée dans des échantillons de fluide corporel provenant de patients sains. L'invention concerne également un procédé de surveillance pathologique des maladies du rein qui consiste à mesurer la concentration de prostaglandine D synthase du type lipocaline humaine dans un échantillon de fluide corporel prélevé sur un individu et à évaluer le taux de filtration glomérulaire du patient à partir de cette dernière.
