The invention relates to a method of determining a state of health of an electrochemical device, especially one of improved reliability. Said method consists in particular in: applying (10) an input signal comprising electrical excitations of various categories to said device and measuring an output signal (20) comprising the signals in response to each electrical excitation; estimating (41) at least a first parameter from an electrical excitation of the first category and from the corresponding response signal; estimating (43) at least one physico-chemical parameter representative of the physico-chemical behaviour of the device from an electrical excitation of a different category, from the corresponding response signal and from first estimated parameter; and estimating (50) said state of health of the electrochemical device as difference between the value of the physico-chemical parameter estimated beforehand and a reference value.
L' invention concerne un procédé de détermination d'un état de santé d'un dispositif électrochimique présentant notamment une fiabilité améliorée. Ledit procédé consiste notamment à:- appliquer (10) audit dispositif un signal d'entrée comprenant des excitations électriques de différentes catégories, et mesurer un signal de sortie (20) comportant les signaux de réponse à chaque excitation électrique; - estimer (41) au moins un premier paramètre à partir d'une excitation électrique de première catégorie et du signal de réponse correspondant; - estimer (43) au moins un paramètre physico-chimique représentatif du comportement physico-chimique du dispositif à partir d'une excitation électrique de catégorie différente, du signal de réponse correspondant et dudit premier paramètre estimé; - estimer (50) ledit état de santé du dispositif électrochimique comme écart entre la valeur préalablement estimée du paramètre physico-chimique et une valeur de référence.
