The present invention relates to a method for predicting the Time to Progression (TTP) of non small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) patients treated with chemotherapy, based on the detecting the levels of expression of thioredoxin (TRX) in a biological sample of the patient, or based on simultaneously detecting the expression levels of thioredoxin and the methylation status of the 14-3-3.sigma.gene.
Cette invention a trait à un procédé permettant de prédire le délai de progression (TTP) d'un carcinome pulmonaire non à petites cellules (NSCLC) chez des patients traités par chimiothérapie, en se basant sur la détection des taux d'expression de la thiorédoxine (Trx) dans un échantillon biologique prélevé chez le patient, ou en se basant sur la détection simultanée des taux d'expression de la thiorédoxine et du statut de méthylation du gène codant 14-3-3 sigma.
