ABSTRACT A method for disposing metallic oxide impregnated dust is provided in which the materials are mixed with a cementitious material having a pH equal to or greater than 8, filler materials, and water to form a mass of concrete which limits the metallic oxide that can leach therefrom. This concrete mass can either be buried or can be used in connection with currently used concretes for construction purposes. The cementitious material used may be a portland type cement.
