The invention relates to a method of distributing the load of a management centre that transmits information to a large number of user units, each unit receiving the information following a request made by connecting to the management centre. The inventive method is characterised in that it comprises the following steps, namely: the management centre determines a number of units to be processed with said information; the length of time for which the number of units is to be processed is determined; and a message is transmitted to the user units, comprising: i) the probability of connection between a unit and the management centre, based on the pre-determined number of units, and ii) the pre-determined length of time for which the unit is connected according to said probability.
La présente invention concerne une méthode de répartition de la charge d'un centre de gestion transmettant des informations à un grand nombre d'unités d'utilisateurs, chaque unité recevant les informations suite à une requête effectuée en se connectant au centre de gestion. Cette méthode est caractérisée par les étapes suivantes : détermination par le centre de gestion d'un nombre d'unités à traiter avec lesdites informations, détermination d'une durée pendant laquelle ledit nombre d'unités est à traiter, transmission d'un message aux unités d'utilisateur comprenant d'une part la probabilité de connexion d'une unité au centre de gestion basée sur le nombre d'unités précédemment déterminé et d'autre part la durée précédemment déterminée pendant laquelle l'unité se connecte selon ladite probabilité.
