The present invention provides methods for introducing a biologically active agent into cells of a subject by introducing the agent in a form suitable for electrotransports into a region of tissue of the subject using one or more needle free injectors (2, 4), and applying a pulsed electric field to the region of tissue, thereby causing electroporation. The combination of a needle free injection by needle free injectors (2, 4), and electroporation by creating electrical fields with electrode (14) is sufficient to introduce the agent (6, 8) into the cell.

La présente invention concerne des méthodes visant à introduire un agent biologiquement actif dans les cellules d'un sujet, par introduction de l'agent dans une forme adaptée à l'électrotransport dans une région de tissu du sujet à l'aide d'un ou plusieurs injecteurs (2)(4) sans aiguilles, et par application d'un champ électrique pulsé dans la région de tissu, générant ainsi l'électroporation.
