A method of detecting a fertility recovery gene (RF-1 gene) of a rice individual to BT type male fertility cytoplasm which is employed in growing a hybrid rice plant. More particularly, a method of detecting the Rf-1 gene by using the fact that plural PCR marker loci located around the Rf-1 locus are linked to the Rf-1 locus. Still particularly, the presence/absence of the Rf-1 gene is examined and an Rf-1 gene homo-individual is selected conveniently and exactly by calibrating the genotypes of plural PCR marker loci existing therearound by taking advantage of the fact that the Rf-1 locus is located between novel PCR marker loci S12564 Tsp509I and C1362 MwoI existing on the rice 10th chromosome.
L'invention concerne un procédé de détection d'un gène de récupération de la fertilité (gène Rf-1) du riz affectant le cytoplasme de fertilité mâle de type BT. Ce procédé est utilisé dans la croissance de riz hybride. L'invention concerne, plus particulièrement, un procédé de détection d'un gène Rf-1 grâce au fait que les loci de marqueurs PCR situés autour du locus Rf-1 sont liés au locus Rf-1. En outre, la présence/absence de gène Rf-1 est étudiée et un gène Rf-1 homo-individuel est choisi de façon appropriée et précise par calibrage des génotypes des loci de marqueurs PCR se touvant dans les alentours, en tirant parti du fait que le locus Rf-1 est situé entre les nouveaux loci de marqueurs PCR S12564 Tsp509I et C1362 MwoI se trouvant dans le dixième chromosome du riz.
