A method of modifying an aircraft, increasing its length, to increase interior of the aircraft fuselage to accommodate more passenger rows or more freight. The typical aircraft such as the Boeing 757 aircraft 20 includes a fuselage, a wing section 24 and a tail section 28, wherein the method installs an extension section or plug 30 in the fuselage aft of the wing section 24 and further adjusts the forward center of gravity limits aft.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de modification d'avion qui consiste à augmenter sa longueur pour augmenter l'intérieur du fuselage afin de loger davantage de rangées de passagers ou davantage de fret. Un avion classique comme le Boeing 757 (20) comprend un fuselage, une partie aile (24) et une partie queue (28) ; le procédé consiste à installer une partie extension ou un module d'extension (30) dans l'arrière du fuselage de la partie aile (24) et à ajuster ensuite les limites arrière du centre de gravité avant.
